Who is Bep Jong-Kabel?
After an intensive search for who and why I am, Great Mystery increasingly unveils each day what I came to do here.
In the late 1980s, I felt a strong urge to learn more about what my deepest desires. I was helped in this process by my creativity, which turned out to be my mirror and my catalyst in everything. It seems simple, but that longing to find out about my
My soul really did everything it possibly could to create situations that awaken me. This allowed me to renew from within, in a way a tree forms its annual rings, and to firmly ground myself.
Now I know that I can only rely on myself and, that I have to deal with that. I began living in reality instead of illusion.
Studio My studio is my workshop, literally and figuratively. Here I work on creating and recreating physical and mental well-being, and do I create life art.
Sound Everything can be reduced to sound, a wave movement. Sound translates into wave motion and color. We consist largely of water. Pain and trauma create frozen energy, which forms so called blockages in our body. Sound creates a "thaw effect" in the frozen energy. As a result, feelings can flow free again instead of feeling rigid.
Color Every person needs color in its life. Otherwise it would be quite boring. The rainbow corresponds to our inner chakra colors. We can experience a lack of color in our body or even dislike a particular color. On closer examination, it usually turns out to be damaged. Color, inside and outside of us, adds flavor and nourishment to our lives.
Form The whole creation consists of visible and invisible forms, including man. Our body is the outer form and our vehicle in daily life in which, however, disturbances can occur that require maintenance. Body and soul are one together: continuously engaged in a dynamic process of action and reaction. What does that mean? That our body tells us who we are and that we can change this same body by thinking differently. We can prepare our bodies for the Golden Age by being true to our essence and by taking responsibility.
My spiritual education
* I took classes at the Free Art Academy in Haarlem for two years.
* A 4-year training with Lisa Borstlap in Zutphen was followed by me to become a drawing therapist.
* I attended a Sacred Geometry workshop at Drunvalo Melchizedek in Miami.
* I have given many courses in intuitive painting, healing drawing, chakra drawing and mandala drawing in my former Gallery The Inner Circle, which I founded. This is how I learned to work with group energy.
* Reiki I and II
* Shaman training
* In the period of repentance that followed I got to know myself to the very essence. I saw my own strength, clairsentience and my desire to make the world aware that all is one.
* Not to be underestimated is my life experience. I felt it down to the bone. After a life of adaptation to be accepted by my environment, I have learned to accept myself with all that is.
